Englishman; of course! WSM is'nt it? what's that place like now? Hav'nt been there for a while, my hubbys' Aunt used to have a pub there. There's nearly enough of us to warrant a West Country fest.it could be kind of like the Bath and West show without the cows, or Glastonbury without the mud!

Flower; Pamela ;SMILE!!!!!!You've got us misfits now!!!!!
i recently got a little tip from a doctor female friend... she tells her patients to sometimes go and make a tape of songs.
1. you start the tape with some really heart wrending tracks
2. you progress through the tape ,and with each song you try to lift the mood by a few percent
3. the last half of the tape should be feel good music
4. the very last track should have you jumping around the house1
THE POINT OF ALL THIS IS THAT AT THE START OF THE TAPE YOU'RE ACKNOWLEDGING YOUR MOOD ,BIT YOUR MOOD WILL LIFT A LITTLE WITH EACH TRACK AND IF YOU PLAY IT ENOUGH THE MOOD RISE WILL BE QUICKER EACH TIME AND IT DOES WORK! Give it a try xxx -

i'm starting a degree in sept, decided to finish what i started a long time ago.The director of my course was very helpful and encouraging; talked through it all with me,career options can be sorted out during the course; no need to make decisions in haste, emotional support is offered; they also have 'return to learning' courses to ease you back in to learning gently if you need to do that.If money's a problem i'm sure i read they have schemes that let you pay in instalments;or you can get it all paid for if you're off work e.g.ill.If your friend just calls his local uni/cillege they can send a prospectus; or are really helpful on the phone.I'm really lookin forward to it,can't wait for the summer to end!!!Any more specific questions i can find out...
